Collecting Beneficial Knowledge or Wisdom
Workout Summary
In Workout 2 we practice collecting beneficial knowledge or wisdom for our lives.
We begin by describing the nature of “beneficial knowledge” in contrast with “trivial knowledge.” We also look at the nature of wisdom. The question: where can we find these? What sources can we turn to?
We go on with an exercise that has us collecting points of knowledge or wisdom relative to four areas of life.
Finishing with practice, as always, we continue collecting knowledge or wisdom—but this time relative to a topic or area of life of our own choice.
