Want to read or practice the best of ancient Greek literature right now?
If you want to read or practice the best of the ancient Greek literature right now, go to the Cave Library (to read extended selections) or to the Cave Gymnasium (to practice what you've read).
Join other people in their reading and practice. See you there!

In the Cave Library, you'll be able to read epic poetry in the form of Homer's Iliad and Odyssey, Hesiod's Theogony and Works and Days, and different Homeric Hymns. There's other poetry, too. As for drama, you'll read Aeschylus, Sophocles, and Euripides. You want history? Check out Herodotus, Thucydides, and Xenophon. Philosophy? Contemplate Plato, Aristotle, the Cynics, Epicurus, the Stoics, Plotinus, and others.
In the Cave Gymnasium, you'll be able to practice what you've read, getting to "know yourself" and working out relative to a variety of topics - desire, the passions, anger, wonder, gratitude, happiness, excellence, virtue, and more!
Remember: practice is the whole point! As the Cynic philosopher Crates of Thebes put it, "Long is the path that leads to happiness through words alone. But the path that leads to happiness through the practice of daily deeds is short."
