Determining & Achieving the Goal(s) of Life
Workout Summary
Workout 2 is about the goal or goals of life.
We first explore the goal(s) of life relative to the three early Stoic goals (living life in accord with nature, reason, and virtue) and various areas of our own lives.
We next give our present selves a bit of advice from our future selves—as a way of figuring out what our goals should be.
We finish with practice. After determining one big life goal and what it will take to achieve it, we practice by doing what needs doing.
