Dealing with Procrastination & Laziness

Workout Summary

Workout 2 focuses on procrastination and laziness—how we can deal with them if need be.

After learning about the negative consequences of procrastination and laziness, and hearing Hesiod’s advice to avoid both, we turn to examine our own lives. Do we procrastinate? Are we lazy? If so, what is the impact of each on our lives?

Next, we turn toward remedies, figuring out what we can do to deal with procrastination and laziness.

Finally, we practice one specific, concrete way to battle and overcome them for a week.
